This year Santa and his reindeers dropped by to light the tree and to welcome December. The holiday season is officially begun. The holiday sprits are everywhere. The month of December\u00a0preludes Christmas tree lighting\u00a0and\u00a0concludes\u00a0with another year behind. As the\u00a0last chapter of the year is written to the 2016 book of memories, celebrations and thankful, good health and healthy life are meaningful as we celebrate the last month of the year, and
